Directions: Adults: 2 ounces daily (60mL). Best if divided 1 ounce am and 1 ounce pm. If you are also taking a VIBE product, you may want to reduce the Cell-Ready Minerals dosage to ONE ounce daily – to avoid loose stools. (High Magnesium intake may affect loose stools.) Shake well before using.
