How to Put a Product on Subscribe & Save (S&S)

  1. You need to have an existing account in order to begin a Subscribe & Save subscription. (Guest checkout is not allowed.) 
  2. Find the product you wish to order.  
  3. If there are options for Size, select the Size you prefer.
  4. Click the round button next to the "Subscribe & Save" section.
  5. Select the Quantity of the product you have chosen.
  6. Choose the Frequency for how often you want to receive your product. Most people choose “1 Month” since most Eniva products are consumed daily.
  7. If there is a monthly discount for an item, it can be found on the product detail page. If applicable, the discount will be passed through to your S&S, while the promotion is running.
  8. Click the green button that says “Add to Cart.”
  9. You will be asked to AGREE that you are choosing a recurring Subscription.
  10. The system will then take you through the steps of paying for your product, and specifying where you want it shipped. Your order must be transacted that day in order for your subscription to be activated. Going forward, the day of your first S&S purchase will be your S&S monthly recurring date. NOTE: If you choose to set up your subscription on the 29th through the 31st of any given month, the system will place your recurring order each month to the 28th. This is required to prevent month-end issues. If you do a "Ship Now" order on the 28th through the 31st, your next subscription will also be moved to the 28th. Remember, you can always change your date after that first order is processed. See “How to Change your S&S Date” further down this page.
  11. Credit cards are the only form of payment that can be used to create and pay for Subscribe & Save subscriptions, due to the security requirements for such orders. If you have any existing Rewards Points store credits in your account, they will always be applied to any subscription order before your credit card is charged.
  12. You will be able to view your subscription in the “Manage Account” section. Look for the tab that reads "My Subscribe & Save.” You will also receive an email confirming your Subscribe & Save subscription creation.
  13. A nice feature of the Eniva S&S is that you have the choice of creating more than one subscription. You may have several products that you want to receive monthly, and several other products you want every other month.  You can have two  subscriptions to accommodate those different products and periods.

How to Change Your Subscribe & Save Delivery Day or Skip Out your Shipment

  1. Go to “Manage My Account” found at the top right of each page.
  2. Under the "ORDERS" title, select the “My Subscribe & Save" link.
  3. If you have more than one subscription, find the one you would like to change.
  4. Click the square button that reads “Reschedule” below your next shipment date. date.
  5. Use the calendar to select your new delivery day. ONLY click on the calendar – do not try to type the date in manually.
  6. Click "Save."
  7. Otherwise, you can simply choose the square “Skip Shipment” button, and confirm that you are choosing to skip it out.

          Changing your monthly Subscribe & Save delivery day will change the day of that active subscription going forward.

How to Change the Quantity or Add Products to your Subscribe & Save

  1. Go to “Manage My Account” found at the top of each page.
  2. Select the link “My Subscribe & Save” under the "Orders" title.
  3. If you have more than one subscription, find the one you would like to change.
  4. If you want to change the quantity of a product, simply change the number inside the subscription.
  5. If you want to add another product, click the square green button that reads “Add Product” to the right of the “Products” section.
  6. Once you've selected your change, click "Save."

Your subscription change will take effect on your next delivery.

How to Change the Payment information on your Subscribe & Save

  1. Go to “Manage My Account” found at the top of each page.
  2. Select the link “My Subscribe & Save” found under the "ORDERS" title.
  3. If you have more than one subscription, find the one you would like to change.
  4. If you want to change the location your order is being shipped to, select  “Change Shipping Address.” Proceed with making the necessary changes, then select “Save.”
  5. If you want to change the credit card information associated with your payment, select “ Update Billing Details.” Proceed with making the necessary changes, then select ‘Save.”

           Your subscription change will take effect on your next delivery.

How to Cancel Your Subscribe & Save Subscription

You can cancel your S&S at any time, as long as you cancel it before its next scheduled processing date.

BEFORE YOU DO THAT, HERE'S A TIP: If you have too much product or if you are going on vacation for a time, we suggest that rather than cancelling your subscription, you can simply change the date on which you will receive your next order – you have total control over that next delivery date – OR you can simply “Skip a Shipment,”  See “Change Your Subscribe & Save Delivery Day or Skip a Shipment” section above.

ANOTHER TIP: As a reminder, if you cancel your account you will no longer receive Free Shipping, and you will lose the DOUBLE Rewards points your received on your subscription order.)

To cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription:

  1. Go to “Manage My Account” found at the top of each page.
  2. Select the link “My Subscribe & Save" under the title "Orders."
  3. If you have more than one subscription, find the one you would like to change.
  4. Click “Cancel Subscription,” then proceed with confirming your selection.


Subscribe & Save FAQ

1) Will I Receive the Lowest Prices for Products on Subscribe & Save?
S&S customers receive our guaranteed lowest online prices on items eligible for S&S. Plus, a 10% discount is given for all S&S orders. If an item is on sale at the time of your scheduled delivery, those savings, if applicable or available, will automatically be applied toward your order. S&S orders are also given top priority, and they are fulfilled and shipped out prior to regular non-S&S orders.

Due to the nature of how S&S  is constructed, limited-time or seasonal promotional offers may not apply to S&S orders. There may be some occasional exceptions to this policy. Always check the Terms of the offer on the website.

2) What are the Customer Reward Points I Can Receive with S&S?
At the beginning of each month, your account will be awarded EXTRA Eniva Customer Reward Points as a Thank You for being a S&S customer. These points will equal an additional 1% of your monthly purchase -- for a total of 2% -- received back in Points equivalent. These points can be redeemed on any future order. Your Reward Points earned from the previous month's order will automatically be used on your next S&S order unless you choose otherwise.

3) What are the details of the Free Shipping?
S&S orders that are delivered to the contiguous U.S and Canada receive Free Value Ship (standard ground) shipping, up to 30 pounds, with a $39 minimum order. Free shipping does not include expedited shipping methods. International (Canada) orders must have a product value of $89.00 or more to receive free shipping on packages 30 pounds or less. For orders greater than 30 pounds, an additional fee will apply.

4) Can I use coupons on my Subscribe & Save order?
You are able to use a one-time coupon on your very first S&S order. That coupon is not able to be used on future, recurring orders.  Monthly specials are available and applied with purchases using a Subscribe & Save order.

5) Do I Get More Rewards with S&S?
Yes! While on Subscribe & Save, you get double the amount of Customer Reward Points for your orders, compared to orders not on S&S. Use these rewards same as cash on future purchases.

6) Is S&S Convenient?
Yes! Don't get stuck on the phone calling each month to re-order. Just select the products you want and get them the same time each month! You can choose whichever date is convenient for you, and can change the date at any time.

7) Is S&S Flexible?
Yes! You can change your products or cancel before your next subscription runs, and you'll never be penalized for any past discounts or purchases.

8) Is S&S Easy to set up?
If you need to add or remove products on your S&S subscription, just log into your personal account online -- it takes only a minute or two!

9) If I have a monthly S&S, and I place a one-time order today, will my S&S still run?
Yes, it will still run. It will no longer be overridden by any other order you place during that same month. If you do NOT want your S&S to run, you need to go in and reschedule it for the following month. NOTE: If you choose to set up your subscription on the 29th through the 31st of any given month, the system will place your recurring order each month to the 28th. Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for our Subscribe & Save subscription ordering program (“Subscribe & Save”). These Terms are between you and Eniva Health.

The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and relating to Subscribe & Save. Also, any phone in orders that are set up for Subscribe & Save with the assistance of a Contact Agent, or set up through an assistant in our Plymouth Wellness Store also follow these same terms & conditions. Please note that your use of the website is also governed by our overall Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice, as well as other applicable conditions, limitations and requirements by, all of which are applicable to Subscribe & Save Terms.

By placing an order through Subscribe & Save, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.

The Subscribe & Save benefits listed are part of these Terms. reserves the right to change any Subscribe & Save benefits, including free offerings, rewards, discounts and eligibility used to determine benefits, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.

Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, shipping charges). If the item is unavailable when we plan to ship it, you authorize us to fulfill your order with a similar item that we believe will meet your expectations.

Your Subscribe & Save subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.

Subscribe & Save benefits are limited to items displaying the Subscribe & Save message.

Subscribe & Save is only available to customers shipping to addresses in the contiguous United States, Canada and Japan. Your participation in the Subscribe & Save program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your Subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization.

Subscribe & Save discounts and any Subscribe & Save limited time special subscription promotions in effect apply only to eligible items displaying the offer message on the product or Subscribe & Save pages, and then  if you select the Subscribe & Save delivery method. Subscriptions are good while supplies last. Special limited time subscription promotions only apply during their effective dates.

All returns under Subscribe & Save are subject to the Eniva Health Return Policy. Note that since you actively pressed "AGREE" during the Subscription enrollment process, you are responsible for the payment of any Subscribe & Save order until you cancel it. Forgetting you enrolled in Subscribe & Save is unfortunately not a valid reason for a refund. If decide you no longer want to be on Subscribe & Save, that is absolutely allowed, however you must cancel your subscription before it processes, otherwise a refund request is not available. S&S  subscriptions are void where prohibited.


The total cost charged to your payment method for each Subscribe & Save order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed less the Free Shipping discount, plus any applicable sales tax. Any store credit  balances on your customer account may be applied toward the balance of your order before charging any remaining balance to your payment method.

The charge for each Subscribe & Save item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Subscribe & Save order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, you authorize us to update your subscription with another payment method saved in your account and to charge that payment method to process your Subscribe & Save order.

Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time via Your Subscribe & Save account page.  If you cancel your subscription and then reactivate it, the discount applied to any Subscribe & Save item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation. If the Subscribe & Save discount for such Subscribe & Save item changes, the new discount will be applied to your future shipments of that item. If you cancel your subscription after it processes, you are still responsible for the payment of the order that did process prior to your cancelling it.

Should the credit card on file for your S&S be declined, it is Eniva's policy to attempt to successfully process your payment again during the month. We will contact you via email if your subscription cannot be processed. Eniva Health also utilizes state of the art processing systems which work with your bank to regularly provide updated credit card data, so your S&S subscription always has current payment information.

Members who wish to be eligible for “Friendship” referral rewards on repeat orders of customers they have referred, must also be on S&S  themselves. 

Free Shipping on S&S is awarded for those subscriptions that process automatically. If you choose to call in and place a regular order that is not on your subscription, the Free Shipping will not apply; a one-time discretionary free shipping courtesy may be given.

Agreement Changes

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
