Eniva offers free shipping!* Here's how to get it:  
1. All new customers will receive up to 10 pounds of products shipped free with our ValueShip method. Orders over 10 pounds receive a shipping credit on the order. Once you have created your new customer account, you'll be prompted to click on a link to receive free shipping. A store credit of $7.95 will be available to use when you checkout.

2. Set up a Repeat Delivery for the products you love and we'll ship them at the same time each month with NO shipping cost! Your products will be shipped via the ValueShip method.  

Free Shipping*: Free ValueShip (standard ground) shipping, up to 40 pounds, is provided on all domestic Repeat Delivery orders. Free shipping to Canada provided on Repeat Delivery orders of $89 or more in product, up to 25 lbs.  Free ValueShip (standard ground) shipping, up to 10 pounds, is provided for all first time orders of new customers.  

Value Ship:
 This option offers the best value for orders that do not need to be expedited or require special handling. ValueShip offers efficient, reliable deliveries to your home. The ValueShip method will use the following carriers based on these weight ranges: 
    
 Less than 1 pound = UPS Mail Innovations (delivered approximately 7-10 business days from the date of shipment)
     1 lb. - 10 lbs. = FedEx SmartPost  (delivered approximately 7-10 business days from the date of shipment)
     10 lbs. and over = UPS Ground (delivered approximately 4-7 business days from the date of shipment)

• If you choose a shipping method other than ValueShip, the rates will vary, based on the weight of the order, it's zip code destination, and the carrier chosen. The weight of an item can be found on the "Detail" page of our Eniva.com website. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.  

            UPS Ground orders are normally delivered within 4-7 business days from the time they are shipped (excluding national holidays)
            UPS 3-Day Express orders are delivered 3 business days after they date they are shipped
            USPS Priority Mail orders are normally delivered within 3-5 business days from the time they are shipped (excluding national holidays).

If you are a Local Will Call/Wellness Outlet Store customer (Plymouth, MN) and you intend to pick up your products yourself, be sure to follow these steps: Choose "Local Pickup as your shipping method. Then enter "2700 Campus Drive, Plymouth MN 55441"  as the shipping address. Lastly, be sure to enter Coupon Code "Local2017" in the payment screen to receive your Local Pickup Courtesy Discount.

   • There may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
   • Our current shipping destinations include the United States, US Territories and Canada.  
   • All orders must be processed by 10:30am CST to be transmitted same business day to our shipping department for fulfillment.
   • Only expedited orders (3-Day Express or USPS Priority Mail) are guaranteed to ship same business day if processed by 10:30am CST.

   • For customers not in the contiguous 48 states, we suggest selecting USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method for the quickest delivery.  
   • For Canadian customers, your order must be processed no later than 10:00am CST on Mondays. Orders are shipped the following Thursday, weekly.
   • Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico may include an additional surcharge for extended zone delivery area. 
   • All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt of order excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Shipping transit time is in
      addition to processing time.
   • Orders paid with personal checks or e-check may cause a delay in shipment up to 4 days as funds need to clear the bank before the order can be released.
   • There are no refunds on shipping or handling charges.
   • A Non-Member / Member may return product according to the Eniva Return Policy. Products cannot be returned without a Return Material
      Authorization number. No opened products are eligible for return or refund.

Eniva Health strives to quickly and correctly ship out all customer packages. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Most purchased items will be shipped from Minnesota within 4 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 5. Since there a variety of issues that may affect the timing of your international package to arrive – weather, holidays, weekends, carrier volume, customs inspections --please allow 2 to 3 weeks from ship date for your delivery. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify us at japan@eniva.com and provide your order number.
