  • 1T. Eniva Cal-Mag
  • 2T. Eniva Trace or Blend of your choice
  • 2lbs. Ground beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2c Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4c Plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2c Small seasoned croutons
  • 1t. Salt (optional)
  • 1/2t. Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4t. Pepper or lemon pepper
  • 1/4t. Garlic powder
  • 1T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2c Canned milk or milk
  • 1/4c Tomato Catsup
  1. Soak bread crumbs and seasoned croutons in milk

  2. Add Slightly beaten egg

  3. Add seasonings, worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly

  4. Add meat, catsup, minerals and mix well

  5. place into baking or laof pan

  6. If desired, spread additional catsup on top of meat loaf

  7. Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 45 mins to 1 hour
