TIP: Cooking Vegetables
Never salt vegetables during cooking. The salt will draw the liquid out and they will not cook evenly.

  • 2oz Eniva Mineral Blend of choice
  • 1oz Eniva Cal-mag
  • 1Lb Fresh ground beef
  • 2 15oz Cans sliced, stewed tomatoes
  • 2 7oz Cans mushrooms
  • 2T Mrs. Dash seasoning(green cap)
  • 1 42oz Can kidney beans
  • 1 46oz Can V8 vegetable juice
  • 1 Fresh green pepper (diced)
  • 1 Packet chili seasoning
  1. In 5qt pot combine ground beef, diced green pepper, Mrs. Dash, and chili seasoning

  2. Cook over low heat until browned

  3. Add beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, and 1/2 V8 Juice

  4. Stir until well blended

  5. Add Eniva minerals

  6. Add the remaining amount of V8 juice to desired consistency
