  • 1T Eniva Vitamin C
  • 1T Eniva Athletic Edge Mineral Blend
  • 2-1/2C Sugar
  • 3/4C Evaporated milk
  • 1/2C Creamy peanut butter
  • 8T Butter or margarine (1 stick)
  • 3C Quick-cooking Oats
  • 1C packed flaked coconut (optional)
  • 3T Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1T Chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1tsp Vanilla extract
  1. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and cocoa in a large saucepan

  2. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring continually...

  3. Then Boil, stirring continually, for 1 minute; remove from heat

  4. Add peanut butter, and vanilla extract to sugar mixture and mix well

  5. Combine the oats, coconut, and nuts in a medium bowl and mix well

  6. Add the oats mixture to the peanut butter mixture and mix well

  7. Drop the batter by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper let stand until firm, about 30 minutes.
