  • 1/2 - 1 cup Cal-Mag
  • 1/4 cup Sulfur
  • 6 drops of Basil essential oil
  • 6 drops of Rosemary essential oil
  • 6 drops of Chamomile essential oil
  1. Slip into a hot bath.

  2. Lie back in the water and inhale the wonderful fragrances

  3. Soak for 20min, allowing the water to cool and bring your body back to normal temperature

  4. Dry off vigorously with a coarse towel, wrap yourself in a warm robe, and prepare for a restful night’s sleep
