  • 2T Cal-Mag
  • 3 Eniva Life Cleanse (3 scoops)
  • 5T Butter
  • 1 Large egg
  • 2 Egg whites 1/2C Sugar
  • 1/2C Firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2C Mashed bananas
  • 1/3/4C All-purpose flour
  • 1/2C Heavy cream or evaporated milk
  • 1/3C Chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1tsp Baking soda
  • 1tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/4tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2tsp Cinnamon
  1. Beat butter in large bowl with an electric mixer set at medium speed until light and fluffy

  2. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat well

  3. Add egg, egg whites and vanilla; beat until well blended

  4. Add mashed banana beat on high for 30 seconds

  5. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder in medium bowl

  6. Add flour mixture to butter mixture alternately with cream

  7. Add Walnuts to batter; mix well

  8. Pour into buttered loaf pan

  9. Bake in pre-headed oven at 350° for 1 hour 15 minutes.
